Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how VOLTIEX ("we", "us") handles information when you use voltiex.app and related interfaces. We aim to collect as little personal data as practical.
2. Information we process
- Usage & hosting logs. Our hosting provider (e.g. Vercel) may automatically process IP address, browser type, request paths, and timestamps to operate and secure the site.
- Local consent preference. When you accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, we store a flag in your browser localStorage so the consent dialog is not shown on every visit.
- Scanner inputs. Contract addresses or tickers you submit are sent to our API routes and onward to public third-party APIs (GoPlus, DexScreener, Robinhood Chain RPC, and similar) to return results. We do not use these inputs to build advertising profiles.
3. What we do not collect
We do not require an account to browse the site. We do not intentionally collect government IDs, payment card numbers, or Robinhood login credentials. Authentication for Agentic Trading happens with Robinhood's own services — not through VOLTIEX.
4. Third-party services
Scans and market data depend on third parties. Their processing is governed by their own policies. Examples include GoPlus Labs, DexScreener, Blockscout / explorer endpoints, and Robinhood Chain public RPC. The open-source MCP you run locally may contact these services directly from your machine.
5. Cookies & local storage
We use browser local storage for consent acknowledgment. We do not use advertising cookies. Hosting or analytics infrastructure may set strictly necessary technical cookies; check your browser settings to control them.
6. Retention
Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations, subject to our host's defaults. Consent flags remain until you clear site data.
7. Children
VOLTIEX is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your choices
You may clear local storage / site data in your browser to reset consent. You may stop using the site at any time. For requests related to personal data in server logs, contact us via GitHub; we will respond as required by applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
