1. Acceptance

By accessing or using VOLTIEX (the website at voltiex.app, related interfaces, and the open-source VOLTIEX MCP), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What VOLTIEX is

VOLTIEX provides informational tools: a public contract-address risk scanner, a Robinhood Chain Stock Token (RWA) explorer, and documentation / open-source MCP software that helps connect local AI agents to public data sources and to Robinhood's official Agentic Trading MCP endpoint.

VOLTIEX is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. We do not hold funds, execute trades, or provide personalized investment advice.

3. Not affiliated with Robinhood

VOLTIEX is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its affiliates. References to Robinhood Chain, Stock Tokens, or Agentic Trading are for descriptive purposes only. Trading features require your own account and authentication with Robinhood's official services (for example https://agent.robinhood.com/mcp/trading).

4. Demonstration & public data

The website and scanners rely on public third-party sources (including Robinhood Chain RPC, GoPlus Security API, and DexScreener API). Data may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for verifying information before taking any action.

5. Restricted use & jurisdictions

You represent that you are legally permitted to access the site and related tools under the laws of your jurisdiction. Certain Robinhood Stock Tokens and products may be unavailable to U.S. persons or other restricted persons. You are responsible for complying with applicable securities, sanctions, and consumer laws.

6. Open-source MCP

The VOLTIEX MCP package published on GitHub is provided under its stated license (MIT unless otherwise noted). Running MCP software on your machine is at your own risk. You are responsible for how AI agents use tools, place orders, or handle credentials.

7. No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOLTIEX and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or cryptoassets arising from your use of the site, scanners, or MCP software.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material updates may require you to re-accept the consent gate on the website.
